Project description

As part of a joint project with several other consulting companies, Grus HM was engaged in the project of strengthening of organizational capacity of hotel "Solaris Resort". Within their scope of responsibility on this project, Grus HM experts developed Standard Operating Procedures for all departments of hotel complex and worked together with hotel management on the reorganization of work processes.
