INTERIM MANAGEMENT<\/h1>

Interim management is not the same as consulting. Consultants can ensure some expertise for a limited period of time, but they generally operate outside the client's organization. In the first place, their services are related to counseling the client, and they primarily give advice and recommendations. Interim managers give advice, recommendations and work on the implementation itself. They take on the entire task and responsibility for it, and upon completing it, they move on to the next one.<\/p>\n

Interim hotel management has proven to be a quality choice in the business of many companies in England, Germany, and the USA and, as such, has become so successful that interim managers are no longer seen as a temporary solution but as a permanent need in business processes.<\/p>\n

Interim managers develop and improve existing management or train and prepare teams when an uncertain future is expected in the client's business sphere. Interim managers are engaged to solve difficult situations, as companies need experienced, capable, professionally successful and proven managers who can contribute to a faster exit from crises.<\/p>\n
